Limited Warranty
At Velora Hair, we stand behind the quality and performance of our products. Therefore, we offer a one-year limited warranty from the date of purchase, valid only for products purchased through our official channels in Mexico.
Warranty Activation
To validate your warranty, you must contact our team within the first 30 days of your purchase. If this contact is not made within the specified timeframe, the warranty will be void.

Warranty Coverage
The warranty covers mechanical or electrical manufacturing defects that prevent the product from functioning properly under normal use. In the event that a defect covered by the warranty is confirmed, Velora Hair will replace the product with an identical or equivalent product at no additional cost to the product itself.
Requirements to Request the Guarantee
- To process your warranty request, you will need to:
- Present the original proof of purchase.
- Deliver the product in its original packaging, in suitable conditions.
- Ensure that the product serial number matches the one registered and has not been altered.
Cases in which the Warranty Does Not Apply
This guarantee is void in the following cases:
- Lack of proof of purchase.
- Damage caused by the use of voltages other than those indicated in the instructions.
- Products that have been tampered with, repaired or modified by unauthorized third parties.
- Visible damage such as total or partial breakage of the product, components or accessories.
- Burned, broken, cut, or partially or completely detached cables.
- Products whose serial number has been altered, removed, or does not match the item.
Shipping Conditions
If courier service is required for shipping or returning the product, shipping costs will be covered by the customer.
